Accounts Receivable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform daily invoicing functions, including but not limited to, setting invoices up for payment; enter and upload invoices into system; and prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms. 
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Support accounting department by generating accurate, complete, and timely invoices using billing software.
  • Gathering and organizing files and documents for coworkers’ use, such as for reports and billing
  • Developing and maintaining databases
  • Answering phone calls and e-mails
  • Putting files, digital or paper, into their proper locations

Warehouse & Sales Support

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare dairy supplies in the warehouse for delivery, assist with day to day operations
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Advise customers on the proper use, operation and maintenance of dairy equipment and supplies
  • Maintain the warehouse inventory and organization.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong organizational skills, including good written and oral communication skills bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in dairy-related industry is preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license CDL is preferred
  • Must be able to work some evenings and weekends

Dairy Service Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform repairs and installations that uphold to the quality and standards of our company’s expectations all while delivering exception customer service. 
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment on the agriculture facilities related to but not limited to:

Purchasing/Inventory Manager

The Purchasing/ Inventory Manager performs all aspects of purchasing for the company and for managing the inventory, distribution, and control of those items for all company locations.  This position must identify the products that are to be purchased, identify the most appropriate supplier for the products, confirm all aspects of pricing, confirm all deliveries, and maintain an inventory control database.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, freight, and payment terms.
  • Approve all purchases. 
  • Maintaining accuracy of purchase order data: including items, quantities, due dates, special instructions and terms and conditions and receipt dates.
  • Comparing sales forecast to supplies. 
  • Find good, qualified vendors for parts and supplies.
  • Quote out new equipment options.
  • Quote new product lines and equipment.
  • Build and maintain good business vendor relationships while seeking out new or alternative vendors as required.
  • Communicate with management concerning new products and forecasts
  • Assure the integrity of the inventory.
  • Monitor weekly purchase orders.
  • Pursue opportunities that will improve the Company’s cost position.
  • Maintain vendor compliance.
  • Assist with implementing, directing, and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to and enforce regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Keeping team members informed of inventory issues.
  • Establish and maintain accurate inventory of all product and check quantities to ensure accuracy.


Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent general education degree.
  • At least five years of buying or purchasing experience is required with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in purchasing and inventory control management.
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Experience and proficient in database management, analyzing and reporting data regarding inventory issues, results, trends, solutions.

Travel Requirements:

Some travel required to visit vendors, attend trade shows and to qualifying equipment that has been purchased.
