  • Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment related to agricultural facilities, including but not limited to electrical systems, vacuum pump systems, compressed air systems, water systems, motors, pumps, panels, PLCs, refrigeration, variable frequency drives, soft starters, and pump panels.
  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to enhance equipment longevity and reliability.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to service calls, addressing customer concerns and efficiently resolving technical challenges.
  • Interpret installation and instruction manuals to facilitate accurate repairs.
  • Utilize internet resources for research to obtain information and resources necessary for effective repairs.

The Area Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales within the assigned territory. The sales representative will serve as the point of contact between the business and its prospects or clients and will be responsible for identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance related to products and services.

  • Sell products and services to prospective and current customers within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the business and prospects or clients.

  • Support existing clients with product and service information, follow-up, and assistance.

The Team Fulfillment Driver plays an important role in the daily operations of Magic Valley Dairy Systems by preparing, loading, transporting, and delivering dairy supplies, products, and materials to customer locations. This position requires safe driving, accurate order handling, attention to detail, and professional customer service. The driver is responsible for completing deliveries on time, maintaining accurate records, following DOT and company safety requirements, and representing MVDS with professionalism at each customer site.

+ Essential Job Functions

  • Load and unload dairy supplies, products, and materials onto delivery trucks using proper handling techniques.
  • Safely transport and deliver products to customer locations within assigned routes and specified timeframes.
  • Verify orders for accuracy before departure and upon delivery.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, including receipts, confirmations, invoices, and customer documentation.
  • Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies related to transportation of goods, including hazardous materials when applicable.
  • Possess, obtain, and/or maintain required licensing and endorsements for the role, including CDL and Hazmat endorsement when required.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles and trailers to help ensure safe operation.
  • Report mechanical issues, safety concerns, spills, damage, delivery concerns, or accidents to the appropriate supervisor immediately.
  • Provide professional customer service and build positive relationships with customers while on route.
  • Assist with warehouse duties, order pulling, inventory organization, product staging, and general shop support as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols when handling, loading, transporting, and delivering chemicals or other regulated materials.
  • Participate in ongoing training related to safe driving, chemical handling, hazardous materials, customer service, and company procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned vehicle, trailer, and delivery equipment.

  • CDL Class B with Hazmat endorsement ability to obtain and maintain required endorsements may be required based on route and product responsibilities.
